Since 2011，in order to deal with the shortage of manpower and lack of professional skills，Guicheng Street judicial office began to introduce social organizations to participate in community correction work，and adopted the method of combining strength with softness to strengthen the care and supervision of community prisoners. In terms of education and learning，Guicheng Street has created a model of psychological correction，which takes “psychological archives” as the carrier to carry out preliminary psychological evaluation，classified management，regular psychological counseling，timely crisis intervention and mental health education for prisoners. In terms of community service，it provides a diversified platform for community service activities，trains backbone volunteers，and truly realizes the volunteer service of “helping others and helping themselves”.
