Since the implementation of the community correction system in Nanhai District of Foshan City，the number of prisoners has gradually increased，and the demand for management and services has also expanded rapidly. Under the guidance of the concept of security，in order to adapt to the new era of social development innovation in Nanhai District as soon as possible，this paper proposes to adopt social enterprises to participate in community corrections，establish a plan to achieve refined management，and carry out diversified “8 hours of community service and 8 hours of education” services，expand employment channels and implement village employment.
