近年来,我国科技创新取得了巨大成绩,科技创新总量居世界前列。我国研发人员投入量居世界首位,专利申请量和授权量连续两年居世界第一位,研发投入连续五年居世界第二位,企业已成为研发投入主体。但同时,我国仍然存在关键核心技术依赖进口、企业创新能力不足、科研成果转化率低等一系列问题,需要继续加大研发投入,提高科技成果产出质量,增强自主创新能力,注重创新生态体系建设,促进我国科技创新取得更大突破,为建设科技强国打下良好基础。
<<In recent years,China’s scientific and technological innovation has made great achievements,and the total amount of scientific and technological innovation ranks among the top in the world. The number of R&D personnel in China ranks first in the world. The number of patent applications and authorizations ranks first in the world for two consecutive years. R&D investment ranks second in the world for five consecutive years,and enterprises have become the mainstay of R&D investment. At the same time,however,China still has a series of problems in which key core technologies rely on imports,insufficient innovation capacity of enterprises,and low conversion rate of scientific research achievements. We need to continue to increase investment in research and development,improve the quality of scientific and technological achievements,enhance the capacity for independent innovation,and focus on innovation and ecology. The system construction will promote greater breakthroughs in China’s scientific and technological innovation and lay a good foundation for building a strong country in science and technology.
