The fundamental changes in the current labor supply situation in China are mainly reflected in the decline of the labor participation rate，the total number of working-age population and the number of employed people have declined. These changes mean that the main contradiction of employment in China has been characterized by the lack of employment. The contradiction of the total amount has been transformed into a structural contradiction characterized by low quality of employment. The increase in the wage level of ordinary workers and the improvement of the quality of employment have become important issues to be solved. In this regard，we should reduce the burden on enterprises，enhance the vitality of the market，optimize the employment structure with the help of emerging industries，enable the high-quality economy to hatch more high-quality jobs，and do a good job in the employment of key groups.
