Using bibliometrics and the visualization program CiteSpace， this study analyzes the process of knowledge production in researches on minors' internet use. It teases out systematically popular topics and trends in changes. Popular topics in minors' internet use center around issues such as online environment， online behaviour， internet addiction， and foreign research. The evolution of such research went through stages of preliminary understanding， developing understanding， partial understanding， and full understanding. This article attempts to offer recommendations regarding research methodology， research content， and research perspective.
