Cyber cultural phenomena are the embodiment of young people's online behaviour as well as a reflection of their preferences in material consumption and their spiritual life. Based on recent cyber phenomena， through reviewing and analysing typical cyber cultural phenomena， this article discusses their influence on youths. It offers several policy recommendations： Educators should treat minors' cyber culture with cool-headedness. Social organizations should participate the cultivation of internet literacy of minors. Schools should work with familial education and social education to facilitate cyber culture's constructive development， so that it interacts harmoniously with mainstream culture.
