本报告在梳理北京文化产业“走出去”政策和文化产业“走出去”总体规模、文化产品和文化服务结构与地区结构的基础上,认为北京文化产业“走出去”存在文化产品和服务供需结构不平衡、文化产品与服务的出口模式单一、在国际市场上缺乏有较大影响力的竞争品牌等问题,并提出以需求为导向增加出口文化产品和服务的有效供给,整合文化产业资源、打造北京特色文化品牌,利用大国外交挖掘新的贸易伙伴,丰富文化贸易模式、搭建贸易平台,等等,促进北京文化产业“走出去”的对策建议。
<<This study combs Beijing’s “going out” policy of cultural industry,the overall scale of “going out” of cultural industry,the structure of cultural products and cultural services,and the regional structure of “going out” of cultural industry. This study analyses the problems of “going out” in Beijing’s cultural industry,which are the unbalanced supply and demand structure of cultural products and services,the single export mode of cultural products and services,and the lack of competitive brands with greater influence in the international market. This paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the “going out” of cultural industry in Beijing. They are to increase the effective supply of export cultural products and services,integrate the resources of cultural industry,build Beijing’s characteristic cultural brand,tap new trading partners by using the diplomacy of big powers,enrich cultural trade patterns and build a trading platform.
