The public cultural services in Beijing keep on developing in 2018. Beijing makes great achievements in many aspects such as administration of law，policies making，digitization of libraries，digitization of museums，digitization of each district and communities. However，there are also some problems，such as the team is still simple，resources integration is still in a low level，information feedback is still behind time. In order to solve these problems，we should adopt pluralism，optimize allocation of resources，set the feedback system.
