Industrial agglomeration is an important source and concentrated embodiment of industrial competitiveness at present stage，and even more the policy requirement of accelerating scientific and technological innovation to promote the development of high-tech industry in Beijing. Through the research and analysis of the development path，construction mode and general characteristics of the characteristic Park in Zhongguancun Science Park，Drawing on the experience of the National and other provinces and cities on the definition of characteristic Park and related guiding and supporting policies，The paper forms a deep understanding of the key elements of the characteristic Park in Zhongguancun Science Park. And then，around the industrial positioning，the agglomeration of elements，the promotion of service and the cooperation of the Park，etc. it puts forward some suggestions and thoughts on promoting the development of industrial agglomeration of characteristic Park in Zhongguancun Science Park.
