Construction of cultural center is an important part of realizing capital functions for Beijing. Realizing cultural center need development of culture industry. Development of culture industry can strongly support urban economic development of Beijing. This report holds viewpoint that current situation of culture industry is not enough to support capital function of cultural center for Beijing base on recent data. By analyzing，it summarizes significant opportunities and urgent problems，and gives some suggestions for development of Beijing culture industry.
