建设一小时经济圈是解决区域发展不平衡、增强区域竞争实力的重要举措。本文从长春市的区位、产业以及生态环境出发，阐述了“长春一小时经济圈”的建设地域优势和建设必要性，通过参考借鉴国内外不同区域经济圈演化过程和特征，科学识别“长春一小时经济圈”所处的建设阶段，合理规划“长春一小时经济圈”建设的空间结构，并为长春市建设“一小时经济圈”提供对策措施。

The construction of “One Hour Economic Circle” is an important measure to solve the imbalance of regional development and enhance regional competitiveness. Starting from the location，industry and ecological environment of Changchun City，this paper explains the regional advantages and necessity of the construction of “One Hour Economic Circle of Changchun”. By referring to the evolution process and characteristics of different regional economic circles at home and abroad，it scientifically identifies the construction stage of “One Hour Economic Circle of Changchun” and rationally plans the spatial structure of “One Hour Economic Circle of Changchun”. It also provides countermeasures for Changchun to construct “one hour economic circle”.
