京张文化体育旅游产业带是推进京津冀地区协同发展的先导产业和优势产业。本文在客观评价了北京市文化体育旅游资源基础上，分析了北京市文化体育旅游产业SWOT，初步构建了北京市京张文化体育旅游产业带“两核、三轴、多点”发展布局，提出了具有可操作性的政策建议。
<<The Beijing-Zhangjiakou Cultural and Sports Tourism Industry Belt is a leading and advantageous industry to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Based on an objective evaluation of Beijing’s cultural and sports tourism resource base，this paper makes a SWOT analysis of Beijing’s cultural and sports tourism industry，initially constructs the “two-core，three-axis and multi-point” development layout of Beijing-Zhangjiakou cultural and sports tourism industry belt，and puts forward operable policy suggestions.
