This report analyzes the significant progress in building “the Core Area of the Silk Road Economic Belt” in Xinjiang. With the development of “the Five Major Centers” headed by the Transportation Hub Center，Xinjiang fully excavates the advantages of opening large channel to the west and constantly adjusts the industry structure，enhance the comprehensive service level，build the function of economic hub，and engage to accelerate the transformation of Xinjiang’s location advantage to economic advantage by seizing the historical opportunity being from the strategic positioning of “the Core Area of the Silk Road Economic Belt”.
