The article makes an empirical analysis of the role of science and technology service industry in the construction of high precision industrial system in Beijing. Studies show that science and technology service industry has initially become the leading industry of high precision industrial system，promotes the improvement of innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem and supports the cultivation of high precision industry. Then analyses the shortcomings of science and technology service industry in supporting the construction of Beijing’s high precision industrial system. On this basis，it puts forward the strategic path of science and technology services supporting the construction of high precision industrial system in Beijing. Mainly include：strengthening system cultivation to improve innovative service network of high precision industry cultivation，strengthening capacity building to improve the quality and efficiency of science and technology service industry development.
