This report analyzes the basic situation of fixed assets investment in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region，pointing out that the current trend of investment is characterized by weak growth of the aggregate investment，declining of increasing tendency，obvious echelon among different region，and accelerated industrial differentiation. The direct reasons for the decline of aggregate investment and the decline of the growth rate lie in the macroeconomic environment and the deep adjustment of the industrial structure in Tianjin. After modeling and forecasting the trend of fixed investment between 2018～2019，relevant countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
