In 2019，the world economic environment has undergone profound changes，and the downward pressure on the domestic economy has pressed. Beijing is still in the period of active adjustment the transformation of potential energy. The total demand will be differentiated in the structural optimization and upgrading. The industrial growth rate will be declined both supply and demand slow down. The growth rate of the service industry will remain stable. It is expected that the annual economic growth will fall back to 6.3%.
