The establishment of the Xiong’an New District is a major strategic decision-making arrangement，by the Party Central Committee with Comrade Xi Jinping who is the core，to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei and the orderly dismantling of Beijing’s non-capital functions. It is a millennium plan and a national event. At present，Xiong’an New District has been planning and designing according to the requirements of the general secretary “World Vision，International Standards，Chinese Characteristics，and High Point Positioning”.
