“逆全球化”风潮之下，中国坚定支持经济全球化和贸易自由化进程。我国当前已经形成了“1+3+7+1”的自贸试验区雁阵格局。本报告梳理了国务院向全国复制推广的自贸区改革试点经验和全国12家自贸试验区在货物贸易转型升级方面的创新实践，总结了国际贸易“单一窗口”、通关通检便利化、自贸试验区对外开放平台建设的最新进展。
<<Against the trend of globalization，China firmly supports the process of economic globalization and trade liberalization. China has formed a “1+3+7+1” pilot free trade zone goose echelon pattern. This report reviews the pilot reform experience of free trade zones copied and promoted by the state council to the whole country and the innovative practices of 12 pilot free trade zones in goods trade transformation and upgrading，and summarizes the newest progress.
