Students in primary and secondary schools are at an age of immature and irrational minds，which can easily lead to campus safety incidents. Among them，school bullying and school violence have become important factors affecting school safety. In order to understand the current situation of school bullying in primary and secondary schools in Henan Province，this paper conducts field research on students and teachers of primary and secondary schools in 17 cities in Henan Province. Based on 21311 questionnaires’ data processing，this paper analyzed the basic situation and behavior characteristics of school bullying in Henan Province，and obtained the ranking of risk degree of school bullying in various cities，and gave corresponding suggestions.
