本文在对人才以及人才引进概念进行解释的基础上,对河南省人才引进的现状和问题进行了分析,并提出了人才引进的对策建议。河南省目前的人才引进具有以高层次人才引进为主、企事业单位是人才引进的主体、不同地市人才引进的成果差别较大、鼓励民营企业加大人才引进力度的特点,河南省人才引进中存在着人才引进的数量不足、人才引进的结构不合理、人才引进的优惠政策没有完全落实、人才使用的效率偏低等问题,为此提出了制定和实施更加优惠的人才引进政策、提高人才引进的效率、落实人才引进的优惠政策、合理使用人才以及营造人才发展的良好氛围的对策建议。
<<on the basis of explaining the concept of talent and talent introduction,this paper analyzes the present situation and problems of talent introduction in Henan Province,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The current talent introduction in Henan Province is characterized by high-level talent introduction,enterprises and institutions are the main body of talent introduction,and the results of talent introduction in different cities are quite different. Private enterprises are encouraged to increase the intensity of talent introduction. There are some problems in the introduction of talents in Henan Province,such as the shortage of the number of talents,the unreasonable structure of the introduction of talents,the incomplete implementation of preferential policies for the introduction of talents,the low efficiency of the use of talents,etc. For this reason,the author puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for formulating and implementing more favorable policies for the introduction of talents,improving the efficiency of the introduction of talents,carrying out the preferential policies for the introduction of talents,rationally using talents and creating a good atmosphere for the development of talents.
