With the wide application of information technology in the field of economic and social development，data information has increasingly become a basic strategic resource. Therefore，the acquisition，collation，verification and analysis of data information become more important. At present，the employment and entrepreneurship of migrant workers in Henan is facing a more complicated external macro situation. It is more difficult for migrant workers to obtain employment and entrepreneurship information，and it is more difficult to guarantee the reliability and accuracy of information sources. This project is based on the basic conditions of Henan province，which is a big province for migrant workers. By using modern information technology，it explores the construction of an information service platform for migrant workers’ employment and entrepreneurship，promotes the convenience of migrant workers’ information collection and the accuracy of information push，and provides basic reference and data support for the employment and entrepreneurship of migrant workers in Henan.
