As the political and cultural center of China，Beijing is the main body of popular science promotion and has strong science education，communication and popularization ability. This report analyzes the role of the popular science navigation target and finds the gap between Beijing’s popular science work in terms of comprehensive strength and technological competitiveness，infrastructure construction，national scientific quality ratio，education methods and concepts. From the transformation of stocks，the completion of high-quality scientific and technological development transformation；optimization of increments，cooperation with the Belt and Road countries；cultural concepts and practice promotion，maintaining the advantages and competitiveness of China’s science popularization，proposed the path selection of Beijing science and technology.
