Private education in Guangzhou has entered a new stage of improving quality and efficiency from scale expansion. The main experiences in the development of private education in Guangzhou include formulating rules and regulations，increasing support，providing precise assistance，strengthening the construction of teachers，expanding the increment of high-quality resources and promoting the training institutions in the forefront. This paper holds that the suggestions for further development mainly include raising social awareness，creating a good ecological environment，further implementing support and standardization policies，and further improving the management system.
