Science Popularization is the key task and basic engineering of the construction of Science and Technology Innovation Center. In order to promote the innovation and development of science popularization better，this report pointed out that we should built industrial ecosphere of popular science industry，and actively explore the development mode of science popularization in market operation. So this report firstly elaborated the age value of constructing industrial ecosphere of popular science industry in Beijing，and then analyzed the realistic basis，at last，this report put forward some strategy policy suggestions.
