Guangzhou is one of the “National Center Cities” and “the core support” of the Guangdong Province，which is an “Advanced Culture Province”. So the rational distribution of culture and leisure services facilities is crucial to the aggrandizement of cultural service functions in center city，whose function concludes lead，radiation and distribution. This paper makes the central district of Guangzhou City as research areas，which is classified by the density of resident population. And，three indexes are brought in this research，which are Gini Coefficient，Belt Difference Coefficient and Belt Specialization Coefficient. These indexes are used to differentiate the culture and leisure services facilities in central district of Guangzhou City into four location structure types，which are proportional distributed area，less proportional distributed area，agglomerate area and partial agglomerate area. And then，the preliminary analysis on the distribution of culture and leisure services facilities in Guangzhou central city and micro-location feature can be obtained.
