改革开放以来深圳城市发展经历了四个阶段:工业导向下的经济特区城市、市场经济驱动下的新型都市、环境质量优先的可持续城市、创新经济带动下的国际都市。空间格局由外延式扩张逐渐向内涵式增长转变。智慧城市、城市更新、城市营销成为推进深圳可持续发展的三大主题。在智慧城市方面,已初步搭建了包括智慧政务、智能社区、智能交通、智能医疗等多个领域的智慧支撑体系。在城市更新方面,采用了多种更新方式并举、政府引导、市场运作的更新模式,形成了法规、政策、技术标准和操作等各个层面的城市更新政策体系。在城市营销方面,以大运会、高交会和文博会等国际性大事件为平台,成功将城市形象从“世界工厂”转变为高科技创新型文明城市。
<<Since the reform and the opening of its market economy,Shenzhen's urban development has experienced four stages:the industrial-oriented special economic zone city,the new city driven by the market economy,the sustainable city with environmental quality priority,and the international city driven by the innovation economy.The spatial pattern has gradually shifted from epitaxial expansion to intrinsic growth.Smart cities,urban renewal,and urban marketing have become the three major themes for promoting sustainable development in Shenzhen.From a smart city's perspective,Shenzhen has established a smart support system including smart government,smart community,smart transportation,smart medical care,etc.In terms of urban renewal,Shenzhen has adopted a variety of transformative models including renovative development types,government-oriented and market-operated paradigms.It has also formed a set of urban renewal policy systems such as laws,regulations,policies,technical standards,and operations at various levels.With regard to urban marketing,the city has successfully transformed its image from a “world factory” to a “high-tech innovative civilized city” through the platform of big international events such as the Universiade,the High-Tech Fair,and the Cultural Fair.
