随着我国中小学教育信息化(InformationandCommunicationTechnology,ICT)水平不断提升,中小学能否正确地运用信息化资源、促进学生学习与发展成为教育信息化研究,尤其是实证研究关注的焦点问题。本文基于2015年国际学生评估项目(PISA)对北京、上海、广东和江苏四省份抽样的八年级学生测试数据,运用多层线性模型,分析信息技术资源的投入和应用是否能够提升学生的科学素养。结果发现,学校信息技术资源的投入对学生科学素养成绩的影响并不显著,而学生在校内使用信息技术的程度与其成绩呈显著负相关。
<<With the continuous improvement on Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in China's primary and secondary schools,whether the schools can properly use ICT resources to promote students' learning and development has become a focus in education ICT research,especially for empirical research. Based on the 2015 PISA data on eight-graders sampled from Beijing,Shanghai,Guangdong Province,and Jiangsu Province,this paper used Multilevel Linear Model (MLM) to analyze whether the input and application of ICT resources could enhance students' science competency. The results showed that the ICT input in schools had no significant impact on students' scientific competency. Meanwhile,there was a significant negative correlation between the degree to which students used ICT in schools and their science performance.
