    当下我国学前教育家园关系的困境及其破解思路(2010~2018)

    摘要

    当下幼儿教育特别是家园关系面临的一些不信任的现象,与恶性事件的放大效应叠加,以及不适宜政策的推波助澜,致使社会恐慌加剧,家园对立矛盾升级。本文探寻了造成该问题的原因及症结,对走出家园关系的困境加以思考:幼教要回归人,回到真实和正常;教育系统各安其分、恪尽职守练内功。同时,本文呈现了面向流动儿童的四环游戏小组的非正规教育经验,尝试从中对家园关系异化的破解提供启示:“小的是美好的”;保教儿童与引导家长同步一体;一方水土养一方人,就地取材、能者为师;真实的实践现场是教师专业发展的平台。

    Abstract

    Currently,there is a mistrust in China surrounding early childhood education (ECE),especially between parents and ECE providers. Recent scandals and inappropriate policies have only worsened the situation—there is an increasing panic when it comes to ECE and conflicts between families and ECE providers have escalated. This paper explores the causes and the crux of the problems and offers a reflection of the current dilemma. Preschool education should return to people,return to reality and normal;each education system will be responsible for their duties and practice their own work.It also presents lessons from the non-formal education model of the Fourth Ring Play Group targeting migrant children in Beijing,and attempts to provide potential insights towards solving the problems in parent-ECE-provider relationship. “Small is beautiful”. Kindergartens need to synchronize children's education and guide parents. The real practice site is the platform for teachers' professional development.
