近年来,随着投入水平提高、办学条件不断改善,社会各界对职业教育的关注越来越聚焦于产教融合。首先,本文梳理了我国职业教育产教融合的历史与趋势,并着重讨论了东部地区产教融合发展趋势中的不利因素。随后,本文指出了东部职业教育产教融合的最大痛点——体系建设政策集权化与区域产教融合利益多元化之间的冲突,并剖析了其制度根源与具体表现。最后,围绕当前产教融合的痛点,结合2019年出台的国家职业教育改革实施方案,本文思考了职业教育产教融合的良治之道。
<<In recent years,with the increasing investment and improving school conditions,more and more attention is paid to industry-academia collaboration. First of all,this paper combs the history and trend of the industry-academia collaboration in occupational education in China,and focuses on the unfavorable factors in the development trend of the industry-academia collaboration in the eastern region. Subsequently,this paper points out the bottleneck of the industry-academia collaboration in the eastern occupational education—the conflict between the centralization of system construction policy and the diversification of regional production and education,and analyzes its institution origin and concrete expression. Finally,focusing on the pain points of the current industry-academia collaboration,combined with the implementation plan of the national occupational education reform introduced in 2019,this paper considers the good governance of industry-academia collaboration in occupational education.
