2018年教育评价改革既有教育系统内部的动力驱动,也有教育系统外部(组织、科技、人社等)的推力加持,呈现全面发力、重点突破、向纵深推进的良好局面。然而,目前仍存在评价标准不够科学、评价机制不够完善、评价方式单一、评审过程不规范等问题。未来,需以第三方评价为着力点,促进教育评价的多元化;以研发教育评价核心技术为重点,促进教育评价的科学化;以制度建设为核心,形成低评价、低竞争的教育生态。
<<In 2018,the education evaluation reform has driven by both the internal force from the education system,and the external factors (organization,science and technology,human society,etc.). The situation has shown well-rounded progressions,key breakthroughs,and a continuous deepening trend. However,there are still problems such as insufficiently scientific evaluation standards,inadequate evaluation mechanisms,one dimensional evaluation methods,and non-standardized evaluation procedures. In the future,it is necessary to leverage third-party evaluation oraganizations to diversify educational evaluation;to focus on developing the core technology for educational evaluation to promote the scientificiation of evaluation;and to build a low-evaluation and low-competition education ecosystem with system construction at the core.
