我国对减负的治理正在上升为对良好教育生态的构建,这是教育指导思想的重要改变。构建健康的教育生态,需要更新经济主义、人力资本的教育价值观,建立正确的儿童观、教育观,需要通过深化教育综合改革,改善政府治理。这包括规范义务教育学校的行为,改变等级化的学校制度,重新界定教育与市场的关系,促进学校制度的多样性、丰富性,深化考试评价制度改革,改变“唯学历”取向的用工和福利制度,等等。最终形成一种善待儿童、低竞争、低评价、低管控的教育生态。
<<Through taking methods to alleviate the academic burden,China emerges a formation of positive education ecosystems. This signifies an important shift of educational values. In order to build healthy education ecosystems,China will need to replace the economical and human-capital-model value system with more appropriate values of children and education,while further deepen comprehensive educational reforms and improve governance. This will include properly regulating schools in compulsory education,changing the hierarchical systems in schools,redefining the relationship between education and the market,promoting the diversification of school systems,deepening the reforms around evaluation systems,and transitioning away from the“degree-centered”human resources and welfare system. The ideal state of the new education ecosystem is that children are treated with kindness by having lower competition,less evaluation,and looser control.
