China's economic development has shifted from resource-driven to innovation-driven.And more importantly，it needs to improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth through innovation.China's R＆D investment scale and intensity continue to rise.The mainly innovative industries are machinery，TMT，software，precision instruments，advanced equipment，fine chemicals，professional technical services，biopharmaceuticals，and so on.China's innovation areas are concentrated in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei，Yangtze River Delta and Pearl River Delta.Looking forward to 2019，the enthusiasm of business model innovation has declined，but investment in technological innovation will continue.And the Science-Innovation Board will further bring substantive innovation of the capital market system.
