In 2017，Tibet ranked the 1st in the increase of the total culture and education consumption in urban and rural areas and the 1st in the growth of per capita value.The Rankings of the status evaluation are as follows：In the lateral evaluation among various provinces，Tibet ranked the 31st in the 2017 annual status evaluation leaders；In vertical evaluation itself，Tibet ranked the 1st in the 1999-2017 status evaluation runners-up，as well as 6th，24th，1st and 1st during the periods of 1999-2017，2002-2017，2007-2017 and 2012-2017 respectively.
