This article collects the related data of financial ecological and economic growth in Shaanxi Province from 1999 to 2009，and using the OLS to test the correlation between them.The result shows that the financial ecology didn’t play a very significant role in promoting the economic growth of Shaanxi Province.Therefore，this paper puts forward some policy suggestions on how to improving the ecological finance situation in Shaanxi Province in order to promote the development of economy and finance.
