In 2017，Sino-Arab academic exchanges have made great development，mainly in the following two aspects： At first，important academic activities are frequent，both at home and abroad on internet of agricultural things，alcohol-free grape drinks，halal meat products，water-saving agriculture，potato seedlings cultivation，integrated pest management，satellite navigation，new energy and other key areas relating to organizing academic activities and implementation of a batch of Sino-Arab cooperation projects of science and technology； Secondly，scientific research institutions，colleges and universities，enterprises at all levels set up their own network platforms such as cloud computing and big data.On cloud base and digital construction，together with the Arab countries，China built a batch of Internet，mobile Internet，smart city，demonstration projects on public services and technical cooperation，hosting application and demonstration projects exhibition，and promoting successful experiences.With the Belt and Road Initiative was deepened，China-Arab countries ushered in the new cooperation opportunity.In more areas and levels，in-depth dialogue and exchanges have been carried out，with an open，inclusive，and complementary development for a common goal.
