    四川省茶产业发展研究报告

    摘要

    2017年四川省种茶面积稳步增长,达到534。4万亩,比2016年增加4。09%;产量大幅增加,形成以优质绿茶为主的“一主三辅”的优势特色产品格局。茶叶综合产值达到630亿元,助农增收成效显著。四川省稳步推进“两带两区”优势茶产业带建设,并推广绿色技术在茶产业中的运用,已有113。8万亩的茶园建立茶叶追溯体系,绿色防控面积、机采茶园等面积相比2016年都有明显增加。四川省茶业在2017年取得了各方面的进步,产品结构不断优化,市场需求不断增加,产品覆盖率不断扩大,龙头企业不断壮大,茶叶品牌影响力不断提升,但是仍然存在品牌多、名牌少,综合利用率较低,直接出口量少、出口值低等问题。

    Abstract

    The total planting area of tea in Sichuan has grown steadily in 2017,accounting for 5.344 million hectares,an increase of 4.09% compared to last year. The production of tea has increased dramatically by establishing a model of “one primary-three secondary” with competitive advantages based on high-quality green tee. The total industrial output value has reached 63 billion yuan. Remarkable achievements have been made in increasing farmer’s income. Sichuan has continued to promote the tea industry with the advantages of “two belts and two areas” and the use of green technology. In 2017,the tea industry in Sichuan has made significant progress in many aspects,such as strengthening leading enterprises,creating market demand and increasing brand awareness. The production structure has been optimized continuously,and its coverage is well expanded. However,there still exists many problems,including lacking of well-known brands,low comprehensive utilization rate,a rather small number of direct exports,the low level of export values,etc.
