茶业是江苏省十六大农业主导产业之一,产业规模渐趋稳定。茶叶加工种类仍以绿茶为主,但生产比例有所下降,红茶则呈上升趋势,越来越多的茶叶企业增加了红茶产量。在国家政策的调整下,江苏省近两年出现了全机采茶园,提升亩产的同时有效降低采摘成本,在效益上已追平或超过传统名优茶生产方式。江苏省的茶叶精深加工企业如速溶茶粉等占据了国内速溶茶行业的较大份额;一些科技公司也积极开创新产品以满足不同的市场需求。茶叶生产、经营成本的上升与产业规模化程度较低、夏秋资源利用率低等因素限制了茶业的获利空间与规模扩增,需通过专业协作提高专业技术服务水平,通过机械化等途径融合劳动密集型与节力省工型生产方式,开发红茶产品,提升夏秋茶资源利用率,深入挖掘茶业三产功能,度过关键转型期。
<<The tea industry is one of the leading industries in Jiangsu. Green tea is mainly processed,however,the production has gone down recently. Meanwhile,the production of black tea has continued to rise as more and more companies are trying to increase the volume of its production. Under the adjustment of China’s polices,mechanical methods of harvesting tea in tea plantations have emerged,which might have beaten the traditional high-quality tea by reducing production costs and increasing the output of production at the same time. Instant tea in Jiangsu has become a high volume market in China. Some technology companies are planning to develop more and more new products to meet the market needs. The increase of production costs and operating costs,the low level scale of the industry,and the resource constraints and shortages allowed on seasonal demand are limited factors for the development of the tea industry,which requires professional technical supports and services by using mechanical methods in harvesting tea,developing new varieties of black tea,utilizing seasonal resources more effectively and promoting the integrated development in the primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.
