This study analyzed the development results and existing problems after summarizing the situations of tea industry in Fujian in some fields，like tea planting and processing，quality security，tea-cultural tourism，e-commerce of tea and so on. The improvement of brand and standardized tea garden construction，financing environment promotion can enhance the development of tea industry in Fujian. Besides，other policy recommendations for promoting the further development of the Fujian tea industry are proposed in the areas of sales channel construction，upgrading of science and technology，construction of tea garden traceability system，and production modes need to be improved.
