After 40 years of reform and opening up，China's new round of reform and opening up is accelerating，and the opening up of the financial industry enters the stage of implementation.In the early stage of development，Xiongan New Area not only needs to make full use of the advantages of capital，talent and technology to enhance regional competitiveness，but also needs to optimize the investment and market environment by expanding the opening of finance，enhancing the efficiency，vitality and level of financial support system，and realizing the rational and efficient allocation of financial resources.On the basis of summing up the practical experience of financial opening in China's FTA，the paper clarifies the thoughts of financial opening in Xiongan New Area，explores its feasible path for expanding the financial development，puts forward some suggestions on market access of financial institutions，convertibility of capital account，how to promote financial innovation and strengthen financial supervision，and also some suggestions on making a prospect plan for financial opening.
