As the finalization of the national institutional reform program in 2018，China cultural tourism industry faced an excellent opportunity for development.In this year，the development of China's distinctive towns，location based entertainment and film-induced cultural tourism had striking features，respectively.However，we should also see the current difficulties and problems in the development of the cultural tourism industry while new opportunities for development come up.In the future，China cultural tourism industry urgently needs to train intellectual property with sustainability，remove real estate features，and plan the cultural tourism content with more local characteristics.
