As a supplement to the medical aid of the government，charity care in Guangzhou began in 2010，and has so far formed a model with Guangzhou characteristics，which has accumulated a lot of thoughts and experience for model exploration.This essay takes three important documents as an important node in Guangzhou's charity care development process，analyzes the characteristics and presents the development trend through the data over the years.On the one hand，by analyzing the resources of medical charities，it is understood that social forces such as charitable organizations are an important part of the development of charity care assistance in Guangzhou.On the other hand，through the case analysis，it shows the effectiveness of charity care in Guangzhou.However，there are still some problems with Guangzhou's charity care.Due to the lack of information，it is difficult for serious illness patients to find assistance resources to match themselves，while the lack of an effective communication mechanism among charitable organizations greatly reduces the efficiency of assistance.After years of exploration，Guangzhou has found a way to solve the problem.It needs to integrate the government's medical aid resources with the charitable organizations，share the resources and information，promote different organizations to implement joint aid and establish a complete aid chain.
