Since the reform and opening，the Non-Government Organizations（NGOs） which are represented by charitable organizations and associate the state and society，have developed rapidly and become an important subject of social governance.Under these circumstances，the new requirement and task include strengthening the normative guidance to charitable organizations，inspiring them to play an active role，and reinforcing the party building work of NGOs.As the provincial capital of Guangdong Province，Guangzhou has made remarkable NGOs' party building work in recent years，including the implementation of the “Six One” project，which establishes a set of basic accounts，seizes a “bovine nose”，establishes a party school，carries out a pilot work，improves a mechanism for exerting a role，and strengthens a series of supervision.Guangzhou has accumulated rich experience in the party building of charitable organizations and has explored a “1+N+X” party building management system in line with local conditions.The investment has effectively provided political guarantees，organizational guarantees，resource guarantees，and motivation guarantees for NGOs' party organization construction，and has achieved the normalization and institutionalization for party building.In the future，charitable organizations in Guangzhou should continue to enrich the party-building activities，explore multi-level and multi-channel mechanisms to guarantee party building resource，establish a long-term mechanism for the exchange of work experience，and strengthen theoretical and practical research on the party building work of charitable organizations.
