2017年,广州公益慈善传播的生态从“分散发声期”向“平台构建期”过渡,此前主要依靠“草根”力量、传播力度弱、范围窄、随机性强的状况发生了明显转变,如今“政府搭台,民间唱戏,联合发声”的格局逐渐形成。本文通过对2017年北京路上演公益慈善嘉年华、“长者饭堂”H5刷屏羊城、《善城》杂志的创刊等广州公益传播重要事件的梳理,试图展现2017年广州公益慈善行业从业界走向普通市民、从线下到线上、从零散传播到集中输出的转变轨迹,浅析当前移动互联网发展以及政策与社会环境对公益传播产生的巨大革新与深刻影响。这种影响尤其体现在,2017年广州公益慈善行业开始有了一个“主轴”——创建“慈善之城”。
<<In 2017,the ecology of commonweal communication in Guangzhou changed from “decentralized distribution stage” to “platform construction stage”.In the past,it mainly relied on grass-roots efforts,resulting in weak communication,narrow range and strong randomness.This situation has changed obviously,and the new pattern of “government setting up a platform,civil society taking action,and industry having a joint voice” has gradually taken shape.Listing some important events of commonweal communication in Guangzhou in 2017,such as the holding of the Charity Carnival on Beijing Road,the wide spread of a HTML5 page of “Elderly Canteen”and the initial issue of The Shancheng Magazine,this essay tries to show the roadmap of the philanthropy development in Guangzhou in 2017,which is from the industry to citizens,from offline to online,from decentralized distribution to centralized demonstration.It will also analyze the huge innovation and profound impact of the current development of the Internet and the policy environment on commonweal communication.The huge impact was especially reflected in the fact that the philanthropy in Guangzhou began to have a core centre in 2017,that is to build the “City of Philanthropy”.
