At present，social forces are an important new power in promoting targeted poverty alleviation.By widely mobilizing and effectively guiding social forces to participate in poverty alleviation and development，a win-win situation can be achieved among poor households，governments，enterprises，and social organizations.In recent years，Guangzhou has fully mobilized the enthusiasm of enterprises，individuals and social organizations in organizing poverty alleviation work.In the process of guiding social forces to actively participate in the poverty alleviation work，Guangzhou has continuously enriched the poverty alleviation field and expanded poverty alleviation methods，creating a new situation of poverty alleviation.At present，the social forces in Guangzhou have gradually abandoned the direct-aid of infrastructure construction and giving money and goods to help the poor，and have begun to expand to industrial development，education aid，health aid，employment transfer，and self-reliance of the poor.Compared with other areas，Guangzhou has unique advantages in the following three aspects：extensive participation of social forces in targeted poverty alleviation，sustained growth of social forces' input in targeted poverty alleviation，and diversification of social forces' participation in targeted poverty alleviation.
