<<With the development of times and changes in medical industry,social medical care organizations are developing continuously. Based on current demands for development,it is necessary for social medical care organizations to continuously transform and upgrade in accordance with their own reality so as to make full use of their objective advantages and potential in order to carry out diversified competition with public hospitals. Combined with long-term experience of running Boya system hospital,this paper summarizes various kinds of potential development models of social medical care organizations,and then it summarizes regional chain of medical management mode with Boya characteristics,which aims to extract advantages such as large-scale running,focusing on medical value and human resources management and improving comprehensive management capability.
