投后管理是民营医院发展运营中非常重要的环节,其主要作用在于系统设计医院战略以及执行战略的方法。民营医院投后管理的主要内容是协助执行战略规划,督导医院文化建设,指导医院运营管理,负责人力资源管理及成本分析。当前我国民营医院投后管理存在的主要问题是管理过少或管理过度。因此,民营医院投后管理者,要加强沟通,完善自我,明确战略定位,抓好重点工作,以促进民营医院的可持续发展。
<<Post-investment management is a very important part of development and running of private hospitals. Its main role is to formulate strategic system for hospitals and methods and capabilities to implement the strategy. The main contents of post-investment management for private hospitals are to assist in implementation of strategic planning,supervise cultural construction of hospitals,guide running and management of hospitals and analyze human resources management and cost. At present,the main problems in post-investment management of Chinese private hospitals are that there is too little management or excessive management. Therefore,post-investment managers of private hospitals should strengthen communication,improve ourselves,clarify strategic positioning and focus on key tasks in order to promote sustainable development of private hospitals.
