Post-investment management is a very important part of development and running of private hospitals. Its main role is to formulate strategic system for hospitals and methods and capabilities to implement the strategy. The main contents of post-investment management for private hospitals are to assist in implementation of strategic planning，supervise cultural construction of hospitals，guide running and management of hospitals and analyze human resources management and cost. At present，the main problems in post-investment management of Chinese private hospitals are that there is too little management or excessive management. Therefore，post-investment managers of private hospitals should strengthen communication，improve ourselves，clarify strategic positioning and focus on key tasks in order to promote sustainable development of private hospitals.
