At present，various forms of doctor groups continue to emerge in China. These groups are differences in terms of running ways，contracting agencies，identities of contracted doctors，degree of business development and so on. In contrast，groups in United States and United Kingdom have a long time of practice，and their valuable development and regulatory experiences are worth learning. In order to standardize and guide development of doctor groups，relevant laws and regulations should be further improved，clarify the nature of their institutions，standardize their behavior in diagnosis and treatment，improve their personnel training system and so on in China in order to promote virtuous development of Chinese doctor groups.
