Accelerating the construction of modern public cultural service system is an important measure to achieve “cultural well-off ” and enhance cultural soft power.Lichuan City gives full play to its advantages of rich non-heritage culture and strong national characteristics，promotes the integration of traditional culture and modern culture，government and society，constantly consolidates the talent base and material guarantee for the development of public culture，and constantly explores new ways，mechanisms and models of public cultural services from service concept，service mechanism，government functions and cultural functions.In practice，we have explored a unique and representative way of public cultural service in Lichuan.In the present era，Lichuan City will take effective measures to continue to improve and develop the public cultural service system and meet the cultural needs of all citizens by vigorously promoting the reform of cultural supply side，cultivating and strengthening the main body of cultural market，promoting cultural consumption and improving cultural financing channels.
