2017年,湖北省对外文化交流工作持续发力,积极参与“一带一路”建设。通过建机制、搭平台、拓渠道、树品牌、育项目、兴文化等途径提高文化传播力,扩大对外文化交流成果,有力地服务了国家发展战略和全省经济社会发展。但在这个过程中还存在资源统筹不够,对荆楚文化阐释不清,国际语言应用不畅,文化资源开发力度不深,国际传播力不强,文化旗舰企业不多,品牌竞争力较弱等不足。因此,需要在拓宽交流渠道、提高国际传播力、推动文化外贸发展和发展新型传播媒介等方面采取有效措施,进一步强化湖北对外文化交流的效果。
<<The work of foreign cultural exchanges of Hubei continued to exert its strength and actively participated in building the Belt and Road in 2017. By means of establishing mechanism,setting up platform,expanding channels,building brand,developing culture,etc.,the the cultural dissemination ability improved,the achievements of cultural exchanges with foreign countries expanded,which effectively served the national development strategy and Hubei's economic and social development. However,in this process,there are still some shortcomings,such as insufficient resource coordination,unclear interpretation of Jingchu culture,poor application of international language,inadequate development of cultural resources,weak international communication,few cultural flagship enterprises and weak brand competitiveness. Therefore,we need to take effective measures in expanding communication channels,promoting international communication,promoting the development of cultural foreign trade and developing new media to further strengthen the effect of Hubei's cultural exchanges.
