联合国《2030年可持续发展议程》正式启动近三年，对于实施进展的评估是推进可持续发展目标的必要环节和建立反馈机制的重要手段。人居署发布的《2018高级别政治论坛可持续发展目标11综合报告》，对SDG11的实现情况进行了审查，首次展示了SDG11在全球范围内的进展、机遇和挑战。本文在梳理该报告主要内容的基础上，分析了其对中国落实《2030年可持续发展议程》尤其是推进城市和人类住区可持续发展方面的启示，包括建立和完善对标国际的动态的城市数据监测体系，积极应用大数据和人工智能监测城市指标等。
<<The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development has been officially launched for nearly three years，and assessment of progress in implementation is an essential part of advancing the SDGs and an important means of building feedback mechanisms. SDG 11 Synthesis Report High Level Political Forum 2018 issued by UN-Habitat reviewed the implementation of SDG11 and demonstrated the progress，opportunities and challenges of SDG11 on a global scale.Based on the main contents of the report，this paper analyzes its enlightenment on China's implementation of the 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development，especially the promotion of sustainable development of cities and human settlements.
